Along with granting Regina skaters a year round facility to practice their art, the indoor skatepark keeps my homeboys, Jared Sigethyand Scotty Gilroy, employed and off the streets!
The indoor skatepark is a fun and safe enviroment for all. It is a great out of season training facility, and just a good place to hang out. Also in the summer it keeps some of us off the streets. All in all the indoor is a greatly desired, and appreciated facility.

no indoor park? not an option. plain and simple. the park is the little glimmering spec of gold in a otherwise arctic wasteland. without it were stuck with the underground parkades, and as if its not enough of a mission getting there then to get kicked out. long story short, this city clearly needs a indoor park to keep skateboarding alive.
Skateboarding is a huge part of many lives. Not only has the indoor skatepark gave us a place to skate it has also helped in the creation of many friendships. We can enjoy what we love in a safe and controlled enviroment. We also don’t have to worry about getting harrased by non skateboarders or power happy security guards.
With out the indoor skatepark many of us will have no where to go and we have no choice but to head back into the streets and parkades.

So let’s get this straight.
Some shit was stolen from the skatepark, specifically from one of the employees. Then a kid shows up at the skatepark a few days later with some of the stuff that was stolen, saying he bought it from the person who is accused here. This accused person is a known, and admitted thief.
Regardless of race, it’s pretty damn easy to figure out what’s going on here. To claim racism is bullshit. Save yourself some face, and give up your mission to clear your name. Ain’t gonna happen. A thief is a thief regardless of race.
