Skull Skates originally started right here in Regina back in 1978 through GNC Skates, a skateboard shop. Luckily for us, Skull has always been true to their roots and figured it made sense to do a collaboration with the Tiki Room on the unluckiest of birthdays, the 13th. These very limited pieces will only be available at the Tiki Room, officially released May 1, 2009. Get ‘em while you can…

I swear than Antwuan Dixon is the best thing going right now in the oh-too-safe skateboarding world… this graphic will be a classic years down the road.

Just so you guys know… Jordan couldn’t make it up for the show, however, Powell has hooked up some skate dice for the first 40 people that show up to the premiere! Be there tomorrow night @ the Club (beside the Exchange). Doors open at 7pm, show starts at 7:30!

Noel was in construction land for a month (go look at the WOT in Southland for evidence), so the posts were lacking. Everything should be back on track after this though…

To make up for it we’ve got two little tidbits for you: a video premiere and a sale!

On Sunday, April 19, 2009, the Tiki Room will be hosting another video premiere at the Exchange: Powell’s first video in many years titled Fun! This video features Powell’s young bucks including friend of the Tiki Room, Jordan Hoffart (who just may make an appearance)…

Show starts at 7:30pm, bring some non-perishable food items, or pay $2 at the door.

We’ve also got a sale going on right now that ends on the same day as our video premiere: all clothing is buy one, get one half price (on equal or lesser valued items).
