The park will be closed for a few days. It will re-open on Monday April 5th, 2010.
When it re-opens, there will be a price increase:
Members $3.00 per day
Non-Members $5.00 per day
There hasn’t been a price increase at the park in over ten years. You can still purchase a membership for $10, which will now save you $2.00 every time you visit the park.
Spring is now upon us, and the plaza is now rip-gnar-able. So I have a proposition for anyone reading this post.
Every obstacle at the plaza is dry except for the double set and 8 stair. SO
the first person to shovel either the double or the 8 stair and then film a trick over it (ollie’s don’t count, 900’s might) will receive a prize package from myself. I’m not going to tell you what will be in this package, but it might include a 27$ sword from san fransisco if you are over the age of 18 (and mentally stable). This thing is collecting dust and im tired of beheading shoplifters with it so its time to find it a new home. If your under the age of 18, you will still be rewarded.
