Go Skateboarding Day filming contest!
Circa has teamed up with rip.tv to bring you the “Go Film Skate Day” contest. Submit your Go Skate Day videos to www.rip.tv by July 1st to be eligible for a prize pack which includes a professional video camera, laptop, shoes for a year, and cash!
Videos will be judged on videography, editing and overall creativity.

Flip rider Shane Cross of Australia passed away today. Ali Boulala is in critical condition. A motorcycle accident was the cause.

Lakai officially announced that Eric Koston has joined their team. Be on the lookout for what could be one of the greatest skateboard videos ever made: Lakai’s “Fully Flared”, which drops sometime this year. Woah.
In more important news, C-Mac is now jobless. Those bastards at south Esso decided to lay him off today, which also happens to be his 26th birthday. You’ve gotta love corporations. Be on the lookout for what could be one of the greatest documentaries ever made: OCD’s “White Laces, Please.”, which drops sometime this century.
