Why is "local pick up" the only shipping option I can select?

This can happen when an improper postal/zip code has been entered for a shipping address. Shipping rates are sent to Canada Post to get up to the minute rates. If the code you've entered has an issue Canada Post sends back no information. Simply double check your postal/zip code and try to reenter the value.

 

I've been sent to the Paypal site and was going to enter my info but was timed out and now cannot pay for my order. Is there any way to still complete my transaction?

You can send us an email and we can invoice you via Paypal with all of the original order info attached to it. Simply state your name, the item(s) you ordered and the Paypal address you want the invoice sent to and we can process your transaction.

 

Is your inventory virtual or do you actually have it on hand?

All items viewed on our website are on hand in our shop. Shipments are fulfilled 99% of the time.
